Delivery Policies

Delivery fee's will vary depending on the zip code of the recipient. All delivery fee's will be reflected on the order summary page before the order is placed. If there are any questions in regards to the delivery fee please feel free to give us a call @ 803-808-3608. 

Local delivery orders must be recieved by 12:00 p.m. for same day delivery. Some exceptions for deliveries to local funeral homes in the immediate area may be possible. Please call to confirm availability.

Deliveries requiring additional trips to complete the delivery due to wrong addresses will incur additional charges.

U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the same day if possible or following day. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Special timed deliveries will inccur an addition Rush Delivery fee, based on time frame.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays and Mondays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day. 

Items that requires shippng via ground shipping will incurr the additional shipping and handling fees needed.  Notification of these charges will be made after the shipping arrangements have been made and processed.  Approximate charges can be given by calling the store directly. 

Tim's Touch will be closed on New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
